Refund & Returns Policy

Premium Container LLC is committed to providing quality shipping containers and professional service. Due to the nature of container sales, transportation, and logistics, refunds and returns are handled according to the terms below.

1. Order Review Before Purchase

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, container condition, delivery terms, and all charges before completing a purchase.

If you have any questions regarding a product, condition, availability, or delivery details, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch or Pickup Release

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch or pickup release. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed and depends on the status of the order.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment or pickup release, Premium Container LLC may issue a refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred, including:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Administrative costs
  • Inventory reservation costs
  • Carrier booking fees
  • Special handling charges
  • Custom order or modification costs

If the container has already been dispatched, assigned to transportation, released for pickup, reserved specifically for the customer, or modified, cancellation may be denied or only partially refunded.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the size, transportation requirements, and logistics costs associated with shipping containers, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after dispatch, pickup release, or delivery unless approved in writing by Premium Container LLC.

If a discretionary return is approved, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs, handling fees, storage charges, and any applicable recovery or restocking fees.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Product Condition and Used Inventory

Some containers sold by Premium Container LLC may be used, cargo-worthy, storage-grade, wind and watertight, or sold according to the specific condition stated in the product listing.

Used containers may have normal signs of previous use, including:

  • Surface rust
  • Dents
  • Scratches
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Repaired areas
  • Normal wear consistent with the listed condition grade

These characteristics do not qualify as defects or grounds for refund if the delivered container substantially matches the description provided at the time of purchase.

5. Incorrect, Misdescribed, or Damaged Orders

If a customer believes an order was materially incorrect, significantly different from the description, or damaged during transportation, the customer must contact Premium Container LLC in writing within 5 calendar days of delivery or pickup.

Requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and contact information
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Delivery documentation or notes, if available

After this period, the order will generally be considered accepted unless otherwise required by law or approved by Premium Container LLC.

6. Approved Resolutions

If Premium Container LLC determines that a product was materially incorrect, misrepresented, or damaged under applicable delivery obligations, we may provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Partial refund
  • Authorized return and refund
  • Another reasonable resolution
7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law or approved in writing by Premium Container LLC, the following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or modified containers
  • Special-order units
  • Reserved inventory
  • Delivered containers returned for convenience
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Containers damaged after delivery due to customer handling, unloading, storage conditions, or misuse
8. Return Authorization Required

No container may be returned without prior written approval from Premium Container LLC.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If a return is approved, Premium Container LLC will provide specific return instructions. Approved returns must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, excluding any previously reported and approved issues.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact Premium Container LLC first so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Customers are encouraged to allow reasonable time for investigation, documentation review, and resolution before initiating a payment dispute.
