Because the products sold on this website are large freight items, shipping is handled differently from standard parcel delivery.

2. Delivery Coverage
Premium Container LLC serves customers throughout the United States. Delivery availability depends on inventory location, transportation routes, and whether the delivery site can safely accommodate container freight.
3. Freight Delivery Methods
Due to the size and weight of our products, deliveries are completed using commercial freight equipment rather than standard parcel services.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges
Eligible U.S. orders are subject to a flat-rate delivery fee of $500 per container, unless otherwise stated on the product page or quotation.
Additional freight charges may apply for remote locations, restricted access, special equipment requirements, expedited delivery, missed appointments, redelivery, or other non-standard delivery conditions. Any additional costs will be communicated before order fulfillment.
5. Dispatch & Scheduling
Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
Orders are scheduled after:
- The order has been accepted.
- Payment has been received and cleared.
- Delivery or pickup details have been confirmed.
Transit times may vary due to inventory availability, carrier schedules, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other operational factors.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is safe and accessible for freight equipment.
This includes providing:
- Adequate truck access and turning space
- Stable ground conditions
- Legal permission for container placement
- Clearance from overhead obstacles
- A suitable unloading area
- Any required permits or local approvals
If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions or inaccurate information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for rescheduling, storage, or redelivery.
7. Failed Delivery or Rescheduling
If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect site information, or cannot accept delivery, Premium Container LLC may charge reasonable storage, rescheduling, or redelivery fees.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel deliveries when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.
8. Depot Pickup
Certain products may be available for depot pickup.
Customers are responsible for:
- Arriving during the approved pickup window
- Presenting any required identification or release documents
- Providing suitable transportation
- Following all depot safety procedures
Failure to collect an order within the approved timeframe may result in storage charges or cancellation fees.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery or pickup.
Visible freight damage, missing items, or order discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Premium Container LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the delivery address, contact name, and telephone number.
Premium Container LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
12. No P.O. Box Deliveries
Shipping containers cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.
13. International Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Premium Container LLC provides sales and delivery services within the United States and Canada only.
